Event Description:

The 8th annual develop.idaho event is an industry-led event created to promote and support the software community in Idaho, focusing on how emerging technologies are driving growth in Idaho's economy.
While other events teach the "How" of software and hardware development, develop.idaho answers the "Why" by highlighting the people and solutions driving our economy.
Designed to coalesce Idaho's software professionals -- developers, business professionals, designers, entrepreneurs and students -- in a collaborative and fun atmosphere, while showcasing some of the area's top industry companies and talent. Attendees can hear local and out-of-state visionaries and thought leaders speak on industry topics impacting their work and community. 



Russell Hancock, President and CEO of Joint Venture Silicon Valley, civic leader,
community gatherer, institution builder, social entrepreneur, and outspoken
advocate for regionalism.

Kent F. Ivanoff co-founded iVinci Health LLC in 2010 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Ivanoff serves as Vice President of Credit Recovery Services Division at Capital One Services.
He also serves as the General Manager of Capital One?s Subprime Card Business and
Executive Vice President for U.S. Card Division, managing strategic innovation and business development groups.
Mr. Ivanoff is responsible for launching and managing a vertically integrated business unit to expand
Capital One?s presence into the charged-off debt recovers industry.

During a career spanning over 15 years as a covert field operations officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA),
Mike specialized in counterterrorism, counternarcotics and counterinsurgency operations.

After leaving government service, Mike co-founded Diligence LLC, a global intelligence, investigations, risk management and security firm
that has grown over the past decade into one of the acknowledged industry leaders.
